Our 8-week course will teach you the skills to become a full-stack technical marketer: performance and content marketing with a focus on generating actionable insights from data analytics.
"If you’re looking to hone a specific skill, a one-off skills school is perfectly fine, but if you’re really looking to break away from wherever you’re working now, whatever you want to do, the best place for you is the Startup Institute—because you’re going to not only get the skills, but you’re going to be immersed in a situation which is going to be as close as you can possibly get to working in a startup, without actually working in one."
-Tom Hughes, Senior Art Director at Polaroid, Worldwide Creative Director at Apple Computers, Founder of IdeaLab, Marketing and Design Instructor at Startup Institute

Startup Institute is not just another school.
It's not an incubator, and it's not a one-off skills class.
It's an experience.
It is a challenge, and a process. And although it isn't easy, it is transformative.
It begins as immersive learning with a cohort of strangers--it ends as a network of mentors, entrepreneurs, practitioners and peers that you take with you for the rest of your career.
This track will give you the skills to become a full-stack technical marketer. You’ll learn performance and content marketing with a focus on generating actionable insights from data analytics. You will dive deeps into HTML and CSS, and will learn to implement SEO best practices for your own landing page and blog. You will gain exposure to relevant industry tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Mailchimp. Finally, you’ll learn content and inbound strategies necessary to organically improve your rankings.
By the end of the eight weeks, you’ll be ready to take on a range of marketing positions. Whether you choose to focus on inbound and content strategies, or your skill set is on the opposite end of the marketing spectrum and you prefer diving into to data, you will have exposure to the skills needed to take one of these positions. Our goal is to help you figure out which aspect of marketing you’ll enjoy and enable you to find a job where you can continue to build your marketing chops.
